Activities that Build Body and Mind

More than simply caring for your child, we provide an array of activities that catapult physiological and psychological development. Activities available for a modest additional cost include:

  • Art

  • Soccer

  • Yoga/Mindfulness

  • Dance (creative movement and specialty options)

Once a week, our children participate in dance and creative movement led by Susan Albert's Dance Studio. During this time, the children use props to engage in meaningful movement and fun.

Every other week St. Luke's Sports Center introduces the children to athletics in a fun and non competitive way to enhance coordination and motor skills.

Yoga and Mindfulness

Larissa Noto trains essential mindfulness exercises to help children calm their bodies, exercise, explore yoga poses, and be better prepared for a fast paces world.

ART

Every month, we expose children to a professionally guided art experience. This hones their fine motor skills while providing a creative outlet for their ideas and energy.
